Troubleshooting – ALIson

Alison Troubleshooting on the Peabody Server 

 Verify the Alison Listening Service is Running 

1. On the server, click on the Windows icon in the bottom left of the desktop and type “Services” 
2. When “Services.exe” appears, click on it to open it 
3. Search through the Services for “AlisonListeningService” 
4. Verify that it is running 
5. If it is not running, Highlight “AlisonListeningService” and click “Start”
